Order fullfillment from DPMS and/or my local dealer..

Can someone lend some advice? I ordered a DPMS mini-sass from Alexandria Indoor Range. This was back in December. I know things have been pretty busy with the recent events. But this wait time is getting ridiculous. Every time I message the dealer, he tells me that they are shipping lower-end rifles first, then getting to the higher end items. Im thinking this is a bunch of BS... Whats everyone elses take on this?

It's probably true. It's not like he's a big dealer or been in business long enough to have pull anywhere. I'd just cancel and go somewhere else if I didn't feel like waiting
. Shouldn't be that hard or a rifle to find just have a local FFL order off gunbroker or something.

As a dealer I have several orders pending with DPMS. They are really that far behind on special orders.
