original 193 load perfomance out of a 1 in 12 twist

I want original terminal performance out of my 12/1twist barrel.Recommendations of factory loads AND data for reloads

Federal XM193 55gr. FMJ (listed 6 times):

16" barrel velocities range (3,052 - 3,140 FPS)
20" barrel velocities range (3,187 - 3,244 FPS)

I am speakin' about the terminal performance of the slug...,193 bullets are too stable on impact out of a 1/12 twist...I need a slug that acts like the 193 from a 1/14;but out of a 1/12.I have read that a 12 will not stablize a 69 grn. enough,and a 62 grn. is JUST TOO stable to act like a 193 from a 1/12.
I am hoping to not have to spend a ton on diff. slugs to find one that performs.
Any ideas?
