I had to do a bunch of searching and I still do not know what it is. Yes, putting anything above the American flag is crappy, but I can not tell if it is a pin of a smaller American flag. I believe that this is what it is.

I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking. I just thought, you know, since alot of the GOP members made such a big fuss about it here against Obama and that it him not wearing it was so unpatriotic and showed just how un-American he was that that view would be equal across the board. I understand that it isn't and that heroship can be transferred to your running mate. Glad that was cleared up!

I only caught a few minutes. They were talking about energy and global warming. I was surprised that a democrat came out in favor of nuclear reactors though. I thought they hated anything radioactive. Bad for the environment or something like that...
