Newly built, never fired Palmetto State Armory Lower with Magpul MOE (pistol grip & buttstock) in FDE. Bushmaster A3 upper with 100 rounds fired while on my Bushmaster Lower. This rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO or 2.23 / also has Leapers Pro UTG quad rail system in digital ACU. Comes with (3) new 30 round mags.
