Anyone here talk H.F. ? If so what meters? I have a Icon 706 I need to fire up w/diapole ant.east and west bound.
Currently have operational 40m, 20m, and 17m. Took down the 15m to 10m array to do some work on it. Ready to go back up and should be ready in a week or so.

Also have 6m, 2m, and 70cm up but thats VHF/UHF.

I mostly do the digital modes with PSK31 being my favorite but will do RTTY, JT-65HF, and Hellscriber when the mood or opportunities present themselves.

Phone works for me. Shoot me a PM and we'll sked something. Want to do some operating to see how HF works on short distances. Looking forward to the opportunity.

Working on learning morse code. Once I got it through my skull to think of each character as a musical note rather than a collection of dits and dahs progress is steady. Software I've been using is "Just Learn Morse Code".
