Patriot Gun and Pawn in Slidell

New store in town. I stopped by today to check them out. Seemed like a nice bunch of guys- didn't look at me sideways or anything. Chatted a bit, mentioned BS.com to them. They had sporting and hunting rifles in stock and ammo on the shelves. Owner does various courses of instruction. $35 bucks for weps transfers. They're on facebook but don't have their .com website up yet. They're on West Gause near Northshore Mall.

I was thinking the same thing but seems I might be very unhappy with them,Was told yesterday that he would call me right back about some parts that have been on order and guess what?No phone call!

I am happy for a new store opening up and its great to hear that they are nice and helpful.

The transfer fee is a tad high though. I liked what someone posted awhile back about why someone was doing $5.00 transfers to keep people coming into the door. It would be a great way to keep more business flowing threw the door in the long run.
