Places to buy Hodgdon powder in Shreveport

Any place besides Bass Pro? They are always sold out of the good stuff like H110 and Titegroup and HP-38. I can order it online but the Hazmat fee is a pain in the butt. Anyone know of others places local to buy Hodgdon powder in the Shreveport/Bossier area?
