Today at 1pm, I received a frantic call from my wife about being run off of the road. She will be seeing a doctor shortly. She has pain in her neck back and numbness down both of her arms. Her car has two flats, two broken rims, and the whole passenger side suspension seems to be damaged. The vehicle that forced itself into her lane, shoved her off the road and then sped away through the red light. This happened on hey 44 near lowes in Gonzales, La.
We need your help as the other driver fled the scene.

According to my wife and other witnesses the vehicle was
    - lifted 8-10"s
    -Ford crew cab, black
    -35's or bigger
    -chrome or aluminum wheels
    -chrome side steps
    -chrome front end
    -large camp la sportsman decal

    Driver was
    -male 30's
    -clean cut
    -clean shaven
    -dark brown /black hair.

The car may be totaled and the medical will not be cheap. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know how much time you have, but maybe stake out that area or road at about the same time. My guess is someone going back to work from lunch? I had my house robbed and had to do my own "detective " work to solve it. Hope your wife feels better.

No damage to his,she was too scared he would crush her little car. Once her car hit the curb it just pulled it up and over and tossed it off the road.
The officer told her she was lucky to even walk away. Albeit slowly and in pain.

If the truck was new enough to have full coverage on it, call around and chat with the local insurance agents. I bet he tries to say his truck was hit while parked.

This is good advise. When I was a hit and run investigator I caught a fair share of suspects by doing this. People are creatures of habit :)

Don't try and flag him down cause nothing good will come of that, just call police and give them his location.
