Plugging high cap mags?

Depends on the wording of the law which has yet to be determined.

I agree, I was assuming the OP was referring to current ban states like NY and CA.

That'll probably work for your 22, 380 & 9mm. Anything bigger and I'd step up to the super or extra absorbent.

If I read the New York law correctly all hi cap mags are banned, even the pre 94 stuff. Residents have until law takes effect to get rid of them.

I intentionally left the OP vague so as not to limit conversation and also to see what types of assumptions would be made... You can tell a lot about someone from their assumptions.
