Was wondering is anyone had a good lead on some decent deals on some polarized sun glasses. I fish a bit (fresh water/marsh) and need a new pair and the wal mart ones just dont hold up very well anymore. Any suggestions would be great.

    Thanks,

    Bryan

Polarized is old news, meaning it's no longer a "premium perk". Walmart or any other gimmicky sunglass stand should have a few pairs that are marked "polarized". I got a $15 pair off one a few years back.

Another big +1 for Costas. I got mine on Steep and Cheap for $55, normally $140. Best pair I've owned, better than my previous pair of Oakleys.

I have owned most name brand glasses and have to say that vistas have the best lenses by far. Their frames are not as durable as Oakley, etc. Maui Jim also has great lenses. The optical shoppe in bocage shopping center had a big sale on costas and also carry all the Maui Jim's

They are awesome. Expensive though. I'm on my second pair in 6 years. They are so lightweight that I forget about them being on my head, and have worked an entire night shift with them up there. Lol. Damn near unbreakable as well. I would suggest the ones with no hinges.

Costas hands down! I have a pair of Tropic Star(replaced free after a broken hing after 3 years) and a pair of Harpoon(replaced free after broken frame at nose piece after 5 years).
