20 bucks says he eventually kills the dog.


Sooner or later, he'll graduate from being pepper sprayed to getting one in the leg.

1. There are things that go on everyday in every school and cops do not get call. So, if they had to call the police it was out of control IMO.
2. Maybe now, someone will get this young lad the help he needs.
