SUPPOSEDLY the shotgun went out by UPS yesterday so hopefully I will have it by this weekend!! The guy I bought it from seemed a little sketchy. Maybe it is just because he is in Iowa.

SWEET! Just put a tube on it and you're ready to go.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate. If we don't get rained out, we will combine the long range rifle and slugs into one 2gun stage. You will be shooting from a low port or two, maybe some tight spaces to shoot from in some other stages.

Hammer down at 9.00, so it wouldn't hurt to get there by at least 8.30 to have time to gear, safety briefing and disperse to the stages for walkthroughs

I'm in. If that 1100 uses 870 recoil pads I can rip a limb saver pad off my stock and let you use it. Soaks up the recoil really nice.

Yep. I played musical chairs with all my optics and BUIS so none of my rifles are sighted.

Today is the worst day ever

Kevin at JG called to tell me that the seller of my shotgun mixed up the packages and now my new toy is on its way back to Iowa from Minneapolis and there is a single-shot with my name on it about to be sent back from Metairie.

No shotgun for this weekend

Also, my car was towed from the front of University Hospital today.
