I was up there yesterday setting up stands, working out 2 stages, trying to get a head start on it. Got up this morning, headed out to Wallly-world for paint at 5:15 and walked outside to drizzling rain. I'm sitting here listening to the rain pick up outside.
Even though it looks like it will be over around 9ish, by then, as BJ said, the road/red clay hill going in will be a mess to get up.
We really agonize over these decisions, and no one calls it off without a lot of thought going into it.
Please make plans for next time, call your friends and get them to come. Maybe by then even "HiCap" can get a furlough from the "warden" and get to come out and play.
