Anybody know the technical aspects of them? I have a DeVilbiss 2100psi washer and it's not pressuring up. What should I check for?
It has water flow into and out, but it's not putting the Mojo to it.

Make sure you have purged ALL the air out of the lines, just a little air and it wont build pressure. Some of the cheaper washers are the diaphragm type pumps which I have no experience with. If you can post a model number I will look into it.

Pressure regulating valve is stuck open most likely. This can happen if you pipe solvents through the valve body rather than a line injector. If you can remove the assembly connected to pressure regulation you may find it frozen/stuck and be able to unfreeze it.

Your unloader valve is probably stuck closed . (Terry McConnell's Pressure Washing Service, serving Ascension Parish for over 20 + years). Let me know if you can't get it going, I can check it out for you.

Thanx Firefighter and Sub. Took the unloader down and cleaned the oxidation out, lubed it up and we are rocking and rolling again!!!!
Special thanx goes to the guys at Bozeman. I broke the pot metal extension putting it back together. He had one on an old pump and GAVE it to me along with an o-ring.
They will get more of my bidness in the future.
