I have had some requests for pricing and I think it would be easier to post a price list here. So here it is. These prices reflect a firearm that has a minimal amount of rust and pitting any deep pitting will have to be quoted on a case by case inspection.

#1 Satin Finish. The satin finish consists of complete dis-assembly of the firearm, cleaning, bead blasted and carded, blued, reassembled, lubrication, and test fire.
A-This finish doesn't include polishing or the removal of pitting
#2 Semi Gloss. The semi gloss finish consists of complete dis-assembly of the firearm, cleaning, bead blasted and carded, polishing to a 600 grit, blued, reassembled, lubrication, and test fire.
A-This finish includes the removal of some minor pitting.
(** Note ** Deep pitting cannot always be removed. Depending on condition not all firearms can be returned to original condition)
#3 High Gloss. The high gloss finish consists of complete dis-assembly of the firearm, cleaning, bead blasted and carded, polishing to a 1000 grit, blued, reassembled, lubrication, and test fire.
A-This finish includes the removal of some minor pitting.
(** Note ** Deep pitting cannot always be removed. Depending on condition not all firearms can be returned to original condition)
#4 High Gloss Rust Blue. The high gloss rust blue finish consists of complete dis-assembly of the firearm, cleaning, bead blasted and carded, polishing to a 600 grit,Rust blued, re-carded, reassembled, lubrication, and test fire.

What is Rust Blue and how does it compare to the Gloss Blue? Thanks in advance!

There is no difference in the finish, other than the color. The rust blue is a deeper blue, as where the hot dip caustic blue is more of a dark blue. They're both a beautiful finish. There are some firearms that require a rust blue, because the steel that's used won't take a caustic blue (it turns it a red color) and there are some firearms that are held together by a lower temp solder that will erode away in a caustic bath.

Do you or any one you know do hard chroming?

There is a place in BR that will but they don't have a FFL so you have to be there while it's done .(their policy) I'm not sure of their work experience on firearms so I can't recommend them on their services.
