problem, handgun permit renewal

hello;

having problem with online la. handgun permit renewal. site will not let me down load my driver lic, & training certificate. files are in pdf format.

positive its me and my lack of computer skills, just don't how to fix. any suggestions.

I just renewed a and did it online. I took pictures of my DL, training certificate and DD-214 with my iphone. I emailed them from my phone to my laptop then downloaded them to the online CHP app. It worked for me
