Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like SKS type rifles are good to go!

And... If it's labled as a M4 we should be good too.... right?

Look at some of the banned by name on that list. The "Tec-9"? When was the last time they produced those? And Streetsweeper? That's already listed as a "Destructive Device".

    1) The list doesn't matter. It is funny to read though.

    2) It says "ALL AR TYPES INCLUDING:" but does not say "AND LIMITED TO" so the names supplied are for convenience, not as a way to mark it as anything different. It's explanation, not limitation.

It mentions the Galil AR and ARM, but not MAR or SAR. Also it skipped the Tavor which I saw on a previous list.

What is the source of this list because it seams questionable.

Edit: I looked at Dianne Feinstein's website and that is in fact the list released. I also numerous guns not on the list would be covered, but I still find the ones chosen to be a bit amusingly random.

None of it matters. It won't pass. It does however give legislators something to vote against now so that they can claim they are pro-gun in the midterms. What is bad is they didn't tack on the Universal Background Checks to this bill yet. This is very bad.

Yep and that has a good chance of passing on its own. Hopefully they tack it on and aren't actually getting smarter.

Agreed, it's 2013... not 1992. When's the last time you heard a news story "Guy shoots up house with Tec-9". lol
The police "chief" they had speaking during Feinstein's dog and pony show said the Tec9 is "one of the most commonly confiscated firearms used in crimes" lol.. that man must have never left his desk since the 90s or some ****. How out of touch can you be?
