Today makes 90 days with NO cigarettes !!!!!
thats 3 months and not once did i smoke or even want to

From a former smoker, congratulations. 90 days is incredible. There is absolutely no reason to smoke now. The habit is broken, the nicotine is gone and your brain is now working normally for the most part (you are still are a BS member).

If you smoke now, it's because you wanted to, not because you needed it.
