Don't do it!!! The retical is Mil and the turrets are MOA. That is ass backwards. Trust me.

Match the retical and turrets Mil/Mil or MOA/MOA NOT Mil/MOA <-stupid

    Thanks for the opinion Barney....
but, I plan to have Leupold match the elevation turrent to a specific ammo, so that won't really be an issue for me.
The lines on the TMR Reticle are 1/2 mil anyway....

By doing that you are limiting that scope to one gun, for one bullet going a specific velocity at a given atmospheric condition and altitude. You can do the same thing with stickers and not limit the rifles that you can put the scope on.

Here is a pic of my elevation turret on my .308. I can put the scope on another gun remove the stickers and put new ones on for the new caliber. Just trying to help I started off doing what you are and found the better way which caused me alot of greif replacing 3 Leupolds which were all Mil / MOA with other MIL/MIL optics. S&B, Premier, and NF respectively. All my scopes will match MIL/MIL or MOA/MOA and I am a fan of First focal plane because we do alot of hold overs at matches. YMMV.
