question for leos. ar15 in truck

    Leos, im bout to go to tge wifes family for the holidays and my father and brother in law want to shoot it in a littke while. What are the rukes for carrying Ar15 in a case in my trucks backseat the mags are loaded but will not be in the rifle. Can they be in the same case or somehwere completely else in the truck. I have all paperwork for the rifle with me. Just wondering with all tje crazyness how leos are reacting to some trafic stops. I akso always carry my .40 with one in the pipe between my seat

    Yeah, good to go in LA, the Arkansas laws are crazy though... I read up on them for two weeks and I am not even sure the Arkansas state police know what is legal. Always check the laws before you travel.

    If I'm in LA the AR is usually in the trunk of my car with a mag in it, inside of its bag. Though it has rode around on the passenger seat at times too, mag in, no bag, for short trips. Going out of state I always research their laws.

    ccw permit and you are g2g in the AR with your AR.
