Are there any ranges in the Natchez area? I know Adams Co. Sheriff's Dept has their range open during the day, but I'm always at work and can't make that one.

I heard that there was one in the Woodville area but can't find anything on it.

If there's anyone in the area that has some land to shoot on, we need to be friends so I can have a place to shoot!

On Saturdays you can go the the Concordia sheriff range and shoot from 8-5. It's on hwy 15 outside of Ferriday. Bout ten minutes once you cross the bridge.

Homochitto National Forest has one just outside of Gloster on Hwy 33, about 40 min. drive if you take liberty rd. Usually not many people there and it costs $3 per vehicle. Target pinups are at 25, 50, and 100 yards, all from the same covered shooting area.

I think I may have to hit this one up as well. I'm really looking for the classes as well for the wife. She's very uneasy with pistols, pretty much scared to death to even hold them. But she wants to learn and become comfortable with them. Anyone every taken any NRA courses? I see they have some around this area, but the information on the NRA site is really lacking.

Is there another website to look up classes? With more info, like contact numbers or email?
