I was sizing some .357 cartridges tonight and the carbide insert in the sizing die pulled out of the die. Anyone else ever have this happen? I guess a call to RCBS tomorrow or Monday will get me started in the right direction.

RCBS customer service is second to none - no BS. Just call them and dicuss the problem. They will do you right - they always do.....

When you get your new die, use some Hornady one shot lube on your cases. Will make it easier to load. Just dump them in a gallon size zip lock bag, spray a 3 second shot on the cases in the bag and shake. Doesn't need to be wiped off after loading either. Saves your dies too.

You can epoxy it back in.
Of course, my facetious answer is to get the Hornady sizing die (it sizes a bit easier and goes down a bit further).

I mailed my sizing die off to RCBS last week. They said they would either press the insert back into the die or replace it. I hope to have it back by the 15th.

Great customer service from RCBS. Today I received a new sizing die Priority Mail. No BS warranty on a die that was purchased in 1978. Turn around was very fast. You just can't beat that kind of service.
