Guess he did. I never understood this bill. If you don't have a permit you can not carry it on your person concealed, and if it's in a side bag or under the seat etc. then it's the same as being in the box of a car. WTF??

It's still the prinicple. Why should there be a law telling me I can't wear my gun. This affects open carry too.

BTW: WF, I'm not saying you're disagreeing, I'm just expanding on it.
