    I was by myself too. I had to drag him back to the landing and use the trailer winch to pull him into the boat.

    Dayam, that's one big honkin' gator. Did you take him with a head / brain shot? Also, in the pic of him hanging up, it looks like he's been cut, like you were getting ready to skin him. ?? Congratulations.

    Ive made most of mine into sausage cooked the jaw meat like a roast, blackened some, did some like pulled pork. have a freezer full and two left to still process

    I didn't weigh him, it's an estimate. The hole in the head is the kill shot. In the hanging pc he's already lined out for skinning.
