Looking at picking up a Colt Python and Anaconda (.44) from a buddy of mine. Both guns are shooters, but I believe they are in good condition. I have looked at some of the prices on gunbroker, but am not sure if those are fair for this area. Just curious what those of you that know these guns think of their values. I ask because I'm not sure I'm going to keep both of them or sell one later and keep the other. I've shot the Anaconda and both guns seem to be nice and tight. I have a pic of the Python I will include. Big snake is in pretty much the same condition.

Condition means a lot and its difficult to see in that pic. If you could take a pic outside in sunlight/no flash. Demand can also drive price as well, while it may not seem like there is a high demand in the local market, Im sure there are several members intrested in these revolvers. Other things to consider are box, papers,(not so much if they are shooters rather than collectors) and wood grips (can set you back $100 or so).
For a FTF deal on the 2 Id probably start the offer in the $1500-$1600 range but would top out at $2000, but its difficult to price two revolvers in that range by only seeing a pic of one.

I'd think $1500-$1600 would be a smoking deal for both if they were in taken care of condition.

After I get them I will take pictures and post them. Was looking for more of a general area to start for now before I drop the cash. Not sure what the final price will be yet.
