Rem 700 SPS Varmit 26" Heavy Barrel FT

I have a brand new, never shot Rem 700 SPS Varmit in 308.
Has the 26 inch heavy barrel and parkerized type finish.

Looking to trade for an AR Upper in 300 Whisper, or maybe another bolt gun in 300 Whisper.

Or, any ideas on someone that could rechamber this barrel and action to 300 Whisper? Seems like they could take the barrel off, set it back and rechamber it. May not be worth the cost. But would be interrested in the potential.
