    Well, I had asked Red Jacket to polish a turd for me and they came through pretty well. The parts I left with them were in really really bad shape. Pretty much every part had pitting. You can still see some pitting in different spots, but overall, I'm happy with this build.

    It's a bastard mix of Romanian, Polish (stock), US (gas piston & trigger set), and I'm assuming Bulgarian or Russian (Sight/gas block).

    Yes. It has a stamp.

    A nice, thin, even coat of something black :D

    I honestly don't know. It's fairly tough as the first thing I did coming home was disassemble everything. It resisted scratches pretty well.
