    bought a .22 cal rossi/taurus revolving rifle.

from what I understand its based on the taurus tracker, so it should function the same.

I took mine to the range today and after a few hundred rounds, the trigger became impossible to pull in double action, and I would often have to apply extra force to cock the hammer for single action.

I dunno if it's worn or if its dirty, or just defective.

when I started out everything was smooth and worked fine.

what are your thoughts? does this happen to you when your revolvers get fouled up?

Give it a good cleaning and pay particular attention to the ejector " star " . Hell , I don't know what you call it . Anyway , make sure there's no crud under it that would keep it from seating flat . Also make sure the rounds are sitting all the way down in the cylinder .
