Revolver Wood Grips ID?

Does anybody know what grip that is? I'd love to get one for my 686.

Thanks for all the help. That's close, but I think not exactly the same. The one in my picture has a more rounded bottom and (look closely) some kind of round emblem carved into the wood.

Close enough, really.
