Sme Old 22's

This is a Remington model 41-P Target Master single shot rifle made from 1936 thru 1939.
Dave of Slidell Arms owns this one.

As the target shows, this one still shoots great despite the rust!

its the tapco T6 stock, I went with the angled butt stock b/c it just feels better to me. but i do have the straight attachement

Any problems with the stock flexing under abuse? I've heard that the T6 stocks has that problem.

under abuse? I have no idea, i've had no problems with it so far... The stick or whatever you call it that connects the buttstock to the stock it as solid of a piece of plastic as you can find. I shoot 25 rounds raipd fire all the time and it stays on target, not much flex or kick. After buying my 10/22, i don't know y i didn't buy one sooner. Plus i ordered the stock before i bought the 10/22, so i don't know what the 10/22 shoots like without it

That's what I call a RIFLE!

Does it use a clip? I'm curious, because the Steyrs from the same period had a magazine very similar to your Winchester.

Not that I'm aware of. Just 5 rounds loaded through the top similar to a bolt action rifle w/o a detachable magazine.

I wish. It's got some wear spots on the barrel, front site post and the compensator where it is shiny. But just the upper. The lower is pristine. I'm going to reparkerize the upper.
