These are great guns! I picked one up in a trade about 4 years ago. I really wasn't looking for one, but it looked interesting and I already owned 2 10/22's and love them both. The forst time I took it to the range, I came straight home and advertised and sold my 30/30. That little Ruger is an awesome hog gun and does a number on deer as well. It is my all time favorite short range brush rifle. The throw on the lever is extremely short as well for a real quick follow up shot. I haven't needed a second shot yet knock on wood, but it is there in a hurry if I ever need it. Great guns and whoever ends up with this one will not be sorry.
