Just wandering if anyone has the new SR 1911? I have had mine for almost a year and it has become my weapon of choice. I have shot many 1911s and find this one to be my favorite right out of the box.

I have one but will be selling it today. I can't say how it shoots. It's NIB. Now you make me want to keep mine and go shoot it.

I've had one for a little while. I haven't put it through all the paces yet, but so far it's run fine so far (300 rounds). At the moment, I like the gun alot. There is some discussion about how loose the grip safety is. I do know it cycles 200 grain SWCs, Speer Gold Dots, and Ball Ammo well. It's also a configuration that I like (Beavertail, Novak type sights, NO FCS, GI guide rod).

I had some stag grips on it for a bit, but they were thicker than I liked and just don't look right on this gun.... should on a blued one though:
