Rumor of New Range and Skeet, Tangipahoa Parish

Rumor has it (nothing conformed as of yet) that a good friend of mine may be building a range on his plot of land. He's got roughly 100 acres, but was considering building a camp and an indoor range. Outside would be a skeet area. He also thought about opening up the woods and pond for hunting or fishing charters. Any thoughts? Would you go? I'm doing a bit of crowd sourcing for him. The plans are still early stages, bt he's committed to the idea.

Unless that 100 acres is surrounded by 1000's of acres of tree farm or pasture, that's not enough for what his plans are. I live here with 100 acres of thick woods behind me. BUT all of that is surrounded by houses and playgrounds.
