    S&W Victory model in 38 S&W caliber, not 38spl. This is a lend lease that went straight to Australia and never marked with British proof marks. According to marks on pistol it was refurbished in the 1950’s and put in storage. It has the longer 5” barrel instead of the 4” issued by the US. It left the factory this way.
