Saiga 12 wood furniture?

Anyone know where to buy wood furniture for the s12? Im not really interested in the monte carlo stock im looking for more of a svd style stock and handguard. This is what im looking for....

Is it converted? and I mean converted the right way with a ak triggerguard, hts, etc? If so it will use any standard akm stock. Try Ironwood designs if you want something really nice.
If its not converted, I have no idea.

No it is not converted, and i was trying not to do so. Im just not confident enough to try it myself. Even though i have watched all of the videos and i know what is involved im just scared of screwing something up. So i saw that the above model can be purchased as is. I just cant find the stock and handguard available for sale.
