Anyone could have one cut locally and send a crew out to "clean" the street corners. Would that be considered vandalism? Maybe the city could try to fine someone for pressure washing the sidewalks, especially if they weren't getting their fees?

Talk about thinking outside the box. But in a way this is like Graffiti. It would only be removablei if you were to pressure wash it off or pay someone to pressure wash the ad away and then you'd have to finish the rest of the area less that one area stand out. Total eye sore for someone worried about aesthetics. Almost like Spyware on a computer that directs you to a site to buy a software to remove the spyware that is installed.

I disagree. You actually did clean it for them... Just not all of it.

Cool idea though. Not sure it would fly everywhere
