ATF WV NFA office received it March 15, 2012
    Pending on April 2, 2012
    Approved September 2, 2012

The couple of times I checked on it, they told me it would be six months at the earliest, so five months was a surprise. The other surprise was the date of approval. Who knew they worked on Sundays during a holiday weekend (not that I’m complaining).

Good stuff Terry ! What SBR ? I'm still waiting on the dang state paper work for a form 1. Been a month now. :(

I'm putting a 10" barrel on an UZI. Probably the most difficult job I've ever tackled. :)

I've heard the state paper work response time has slowed a bit recently. At three weeks out I called about mine and they told me they had a question, but just hadn't called me yet. I answered the question and I had my paperwork in two days. They were very helpful.

Sounds like it should be fun! I may give them a call about my paper work. Did you put anything in the "other makings to appear on the firearm" field. (don't remember if that was how it's worded)
