SBR Application approved!

The couple of times I checked on it, they told me it would be six months at the earliest, so five months was a surprise. The other surprise was the date of approval. Who knew they worked on Sundays during a holiday weekend (not that I’m complaining).

I'm putting a 10" barrel on an UZI. Probably the most difficult job I've ever tackled.

I've heard the state paper work response time has slowed a bit recently. At three weeks out I called about mine and they told me they had a question, but just hadn't called me yet. I answered the question and I had my paperwork in two days. They were very helpful.

Sounds like it should be fun! I may give them a call about my paper work. Did you put anything in the "other makings to appear on the firearm" field. (don't remember if that was how it's worded)

Seems like the going trend is right around 5 months, I just received my two SBR stamps last week.

I believe a few of them work from home some or all the time.

The stamp arrived this morning! Well within the two week time period they say they try to have the stamp to you.

So did you go the CLEO signature route or did you stick with a Trust?
