I currently have 5.6 ounces of scrap Gold

and 1.8 ounces of scrap Platinum left.


the current spot price of Gold is $1189.00 an ounce.

and the current spot price of Platinum is currently:$1539.00 an ounce

You realize that you are posting your scrap metals to barter them for another good, using a set price to determine the worth and possible trade value based on your word alone that this metal is pure and genuine. So while you aren't necessarily asking for money, you are asking to trade on a value that you have yet to verify. If you can verify that you have a few thousand dollars worth of precious metal sitting in front of you, then please do so, that's all we want. A source and some verification.

If it's some magical disk shaped platinum that's 99.9% pure, then I will step aside and appoligize.

Although you aren't asking for money, you aren't giving it away for free. It's the only fair thing to do.

How about this - mail me your fake platinum and I'll trade you 10 rounds of SC 7.62 if you promise to test that sCRAP gold and post up the results.
