Looking to buy a sea can (40ft) for additional Storage for a restaurant I'm opening in Covington. Anyone know of a place that sells them for cheap? I've gotten a few prices in the $2200 range plus delivery. Don't need it to be beautiful, as we will paint it. Just need it to be lockable and not leak. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Gavin Jobe

Did you check with A&M Containers in Ponchatoula. You can buy or rent. Maybe rent to buy?
Consider a refirb...do you really want to paint a container while you are trying to get a restaurant
up and running? What kind of restaurant are you opening? Best of Luck in your endevour!
Always looking for a new place to eat in the area.

There is a place in the town of Livingston that sells them, also off I-12 just between the airport and mall exit in Hammond.

$2200 is about the going rate for them right now. Assuming you don't mind a damaged/leaky one (that needs repairs) they can be had around $1650 per container.
