I have had it happen exactly once. Guy posted a WTB for a FRT about the time the AFT started knocking on doors for them. I laugh reacted thinking he was a plant or an idiot. As it turns out the guy somehow just wasn't aware of the situation. I told him any suspicious or insanely over priced ads were likely to draw at least one or two laugh reacts.
I realized after the fact we have a bunch of old timers on here who aren't the most social media savvy and the emote system steps adds some confusion for them.

I’ve gotten some very stupid PM’s over the years, even one loser who had to mention that he knew where I lived. I usually don’t feel the need to air it out on open forum. I did contact a mod about the creep mentioned, but I was told “he’s a good guy” and nothing was ever done.
