I have a great deal on a Shellback tactical banshee 3.0 plate carrier with 2 lvl.4 RTS ceramic plates. The plates and carrier are still like new because I already have 2 other carriers and spare lvl.4 plates, I'll even through in the 2 HISG tacos as well for $300 F2F.

Also the carrier is a small that can take 10x12 plates that are 1.1 inch thick easily with extra room for a trauma pad.
