Robbed then shot in the abdomen by 3 thugs while he was checking his mail. They pulled up, demanded money, he gave it to them, they shot him and left. They were all caught down the road shortly after. He is in critical condition after multiple surgeries.

Sad thing, I don't see any attempted murder charges. Guess they want to take it easy on them. Wouldn't want anyone to get locked up for too long, may ruin their bright future...

Carry always and everywhere, stay aware of your surroundings.

From what i understand, victim was a carrying at the time of shooting. His medical condition is improving. Just goes to show why situational awareness is key.
