Just wanted to share what just happened to me regarding an order I placed on the Magpul webstore. I ordered A rifle length handguard for an upper I recently purchased because it was labeled as a closeout item. Placed the order yesterday and got a phone call 5 minutes ago stating that there was a mistake and they are no longer in stock. Instead of simply refunding my money they offered to upgrade my order to the M-lok handguard rather than the MOE, and do it free of charge.

So thanks Magpul for being an excellent American company who treats their customers right!

I've had a few companies do similar things and put the customer first -- namely Walther Arms, Ruger, Leatherman Corp, and Porter Cable Tools. Hats off to Magpul!

Too bad The list of companies who put long term customers last is too long to list. The top ones on my list right now are Direct TV, AT&T and Hewlett Packard..........
