If you are looking to get the physical silver or gold, I would recommend http://www.blanchardonline.com Seems more straight forward than that company.

They are based in downtown NOLA. You can order online. You mail or drop off your check there. They will send it to you or you can pick it up at their office (and save the delivery fee).

You aren't looking to take delivery, you might want to check out Kitco.com. They have an option where you can buy and sell the gold/silver in your account online. You can take delivery from them too later, if you want.

The Nucleo Exchange on Bullion Direct has the lowest commissions I've seen and i the closest thing to an efficient market I've found. They deliver physical silver to you as well.
