Ran across this company SlowGlow hunting a few months back when looking for some lights for hog hunting. They have red/green and green/IR options. I bought the green/IR in the Pro pack with a solar panel on top of the battery box.
The light stays off during the day but comes on at dusk. It stays at 5% till something triggers the motion detector, the it slowly brightens up to 100% over 2 min. I ran it in my back yard for several weeks in both modes with zero issues. Currently have it out in the woods on of lanes at the lease and hoping to go knock down some pigs tonight.

This setup was around $350 for the light, battery, and box with wiring, solor panel, remotes and adapters to hook up trail cameras as well
