Took a couple of cube steaks last night and floured and seasoned them then seared them in a hot cast iron skillet. After that I got out of the way so my wife could make her famous cream gravy. While she did that I finished up some mashed potatoes and pulled some biscuits out of the oven. When everything was ready I smothered and covered everything in the gravy... add a glass of sweet tea and it was a GOOD night at our house!
