Didn't see any body hair as suggested by prior boxing photo on the naked guy walking. The morgue photo looks to be more in line with someone who just lost a firefight. Further, as suggested in the morgue photo, many doctors don't see the chest opened like that these days, but I truly believe they wanted this guy alive so that they could gather intel from him, and did everything possible to try and resuscitate and keep him alive.

If you scroll down a bit, it's understood that the suspect being put into the car was a bystander who got in the way and was stripped and searched and placed into a patrol car.
