61 00 total - stamped "Restricted LE/GOVT". They have #5 followers in them.

6 mags are SPF to Dr Elliot

These are considered "94' banned" mags! NOT pre-ban!

How old are they and what numbers are on the followers?

The 1994 dated magazines were marked because of the assault weapons ban, which gave us a nationwide 10 round limit. Since the ban expired in 2004, I haven't seen any new magazines marked LE only. That being said, there is actually no way for me to put a date on the mag, but you have an idea. The followers are stamped "5" on top which are the latest followers. These are considered pre-ban mags and I have seem them sell in upwards of $25ea. Hope this helps!
