Yes for the rear iron sight.

Make of the sight and rail is DPMS. (Stock AP4 rifle with chrome bolt carrier option.)

I'm the second owner, and I've put 3 mags through it. First owner said the same, and the ammo that he sold me with it seemed to confirm (440 rounds). However I can't know this for sure.

It appears lightly used.
