Well, ok, it's not really a 10/22. This is a pistol built on a Volquartsen Superlite receiver, with a Majestic 8" precision barrel. It's basically a Ruger Charger, but weighs over a pound less. It is insanely accurate, and a blast at the range. Comes with two Shooter's Ridge 30 round magazines.

Price is $550 FTF in and around New Orleans.

The receiver was transfered as a receiver, and never built up as a rifle, so it is 100% legal. The trigger pack is the standard aluminum Ruger part, with trigger work done by Shooter's Discount over in MS.

just curious, since it was transferred as a receiver then I would think that you could flip flop back and forth from a pistol to a rifle. Would that be correct?

No. You could legally put a rifle stock on this gun, if you used a 16"+ barrel, but you could not legally return it to pistol form.
